PHILIPSBURG - The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project, the Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project and the Emergency Debris Management Project are 'advancing very well,' the St. Maarten Recovery and Resilience Trust Fund Steering Committee said at the conclusion of last week's visit to St. Maarten.
